Synopsis

• Our Grade School Philosophy: Charity Christian Academy considers grade school to cover the years from kindergarten to eighth grade.  This is traditionally considered to be roughly from five to thirteen years old, but Charity Christian Academy does not believe that age should be the determining factor in academic readiness.  We believe that God has created each individual uniquely, and that other factors need to be considered when determining academic readiness.
   

Description

Charity Christian Academy encourages most parents to delay formal academic schooling until their child is mentally and physically ready.  Parents with special needs children are encouraged to discuss their child's educational needs with Charity Christian Academy and perhaps medical or psychological professionals.

The grade school years are foundational to a child's education.  For that reason, Charity Christian Academy encourages that each child be allowed to  learn according to his or her learning style.

Through Charity Christian Academy, parents may select one of the following methods for their child's grade school education:

• The distance education program, in which parents’ homeschool their child using materials provided by CCA, and Charity Christian Academy keeps the official records.
   

• The day school program, in which parents enroll their daughter in Charity Christian Academy and she attends school on campus.

All new students are required to do diagnostic placement testing before they will receive curriculum.

Grade School Day School
Price: $1000 (plus materials and fees)

Testing

Grade School Diagnostic and Placement Testing, and the California Achievement Test are available upon request.

Graduation Fee

Kindergarten Graduation Fee
Price: $35 (on-site graduation) or $15 (graduation items mailed to parents)

Grade School Graduation Fee
Price: $75 (on-site graduation) or $35 (graduation items mailed to parents)

Consulting Fee
