Synopsis
DescriptionHigh school tends to be an exciting time in the adolescence's life--a time of academically pushing beyond the basics while considering the many exciting options available after high school. Charity Christian Academy takes a firm stance in requiring that students meet the minimum State of Kansas requirements in order to receive a vocational diploma (24 credits), while those wishing to receive a general diploma (24 credits), college prep diploma (25 credits), or a Honors Diploma (26 credits) have stricter guidelines to meet. Students use the same high quality Christian curriculum as the day school students. The High School Day School is for girls only and uses primarily Charlotte Mason style curriculum. The school week is from Tuesday through Friday. All girls attending the day school must wear the school uniform to school. In addition to a traditional high school program, we also have developed apprentice programs and several high school majors that will help pave the way to early career development. Students may earn dual-credit by enrolling at a college. All new students are required to do diagnostic placement testing before they will receive curriculum.
